CAPDM's myILE technologies

During the last 15 years CAPDM has been able to develop substantial production and delivery technologies, and to prove their commercial benefit with multiple education publishing clients. Originating from our early work in the technical publishing industry, these technologies are labelled "myILE" as they address all aspects of Managed Learning Environments.

The XML processing tools in myILE include batch pagination engines that layout and typeset 750 page professional quality academic textbooks in minutes, and batch product generators that use the same single source masters to generate 3500 HTML file trees and course packs in seconds, to load into Moodle and Blackboard or to add to your website.

These highly cost-effective technologies are used to build content and feature rich tutoring and learning environments, custom to each programme, and personalised for each student or tutor. They invalidate the cost-attractiveness of offshoring the production of programme materials, by greatly improving the productivity of local production teams.
